    Hi, I purchased the parallels 19 update on 11/23/2023. I'm trying to install it but it asks me for the activation key from previous versions. I try to insert the activation keys of the 17-16-15 versions that I purchased in previous years but it gives me this error "The product key of a previous version of Parallels Desktop was not accepted on the license server". How can I validate it?

    I have a same issue. I have bought a permanent licence key for Parallesl Desktop 17 for Mac and 18 for Mac. When upgraded 17 to 18 and entered a permanance license key 18 for Mac, prompted to enter the revious license key and enteted a pernament license 17, but it is said that "the license key isn"t authorized by the nlicense server". Why because I have ented a permanent license key 17 that I have bought. I have reported this issue for Paralles Support team (Ticket ID: 4507524), but No response for longer than two weeks yet. Parallels requires me to purchase a new license key. It seems Parallels is a scam company and their support teasm doesn Not work at all. Please refund fee for Parallels Desktop 18 for Mac immediately.

    Please note that we have reset your confirmation keys. Kindly try activating your Parallels Desktop 19 Upgrade License again.
    You may use your Parallels Desktop 15 key as confirmation.

    We can see that your subscription is currently activated on a machine with macOS 14.3(23D56). The last contact with our servers was on 30/01/2024.

    Do you wish to remove the license from the machine?
