Hi danielmahadi. Please quit Parallels Desktop now, launch it again and re-attempt the activation.

Hi NicolaD3. The reset is done. On the new Mac, quit Parallels Desktop, open Terminal (from the Finder menu, navigate to Go -> Utilities -> Terminal), execute the command prlsrvctl activate-license-online inside the Terminal window, wait till the operation completes, close Terminal and re-attempt the activation.

Hi JongWanSon. We have reset the Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac license key.

Hello. I also installed Parallels 10 on a new Mac and am unable to activate the license even with the terminal command.

Hello HarryR3, For Parallels Desktop, it's always one license per Mac. The corresponding number of licenses must be purchased for the corresponding number of hosts. Please refer to http://kb.parallels.com/112971 for details.
