    Hello @GauravA1, If you are the first timer with Parallels Desktop for Mac, you need to purchase the full license. If you have purchased the upgrade, please provide the order reference number, so that we can refund the upgrade order and then you can purchase the full license. Thanks, Parallels Team.

    Same problem. I have keys for 14, 15, 16, 17 versions. None of them work.
