Having the same issue, just bought new MacBook pro.
Have logged out of my parallels account from the Account and Licence menu on my old mac but can't activate my Parallels 11 licence on my new machine.

  4. Hey, please try this KB and check the issue.

  5. We've made necessary changes with your key, please check it now and let us know the results.

I'm having the same issue everyone else here is, having moved to a new MacBook Pro (and apparently having forgotten to sign out of my old computer.) Any chance you could help? Thanks!

  10. Hey, we've made several changes, please check the issue.

  11. Also please check this KB article and move your license from 1 Mac to another.

Hi, I just moved laptops one more time (went from a 13" to a 15" MBP), and despite logging out of the old one, the same issue is biting me again for Parallels 11. Any chance you could do your magic one more time? Thanks!

Had to switch machines again due to a faulty keyboard - any chance I could get you to wave your magic wand over the activation server again? Thanks!
