Hi guys. I'm having the same issue as everyone else. I've just moved to a new Mac, I've deactivated v11 on my old Mac and now it's saying unable to confirm the product license on my new one. Any help very appreciated. Thanks.

Hi! I've moved to a new Mac too, and after my deactivation Parallels Desktop V11 on my old Mac I couldn't activate it on new one. Could you reset my account activation number?

Back again, had a battery issue on my last MacBook Pro so I picked up yet another new one - and I'm getting the same issue with activation. (I swear I signed out on the last one before returning it!) Any chance you could reset mine one more time? Thanks!
