Parallels 9- Can't get trial version

    Hi Gustianto,

    1. Generate a Problem Report ID and send us. ( http://kb.parallels.com/9058 )
    2. If you have an alternate e-mail address, try to request trial key using alternate e-mail (you can try your personal, if you feel OK with it.)
    3. If it still shows a red exclamation mark with another e-mail address – collect second Problem Report ID please. ( As suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/9058 ) and send that ID as well.
    4. We will Provide you with a trial license to activate Parallels Desktop on your Mac.

    Hi, I have tried many time to request a trial but i keep getting an error saying unable to request a trial key as per the attached pictures, please advise what i should do to get the trial?

    I am also unable to get the trail key - it tells me to check network connection (which is fine).

    Can you help?
