I use parallels before I upgrade IOS to Big Sur. I already bought the Parallels desktop 16 for Mac upgrade (reference number : 251551229) and I don't find the previous key. Is It possible that Parallels was included when I purchased my Mac (IMac late 2015) ?
 
I have encountered exactly the same problem and I really do not know what to do.

We have initiated a refund for the upgrade purchase. You can buy a full license and use.

Your previous key is registered with the email "fj***@didclim.fr". If it is not your email address and you have any different email, send your details in a private message.

I am having the same issue with the activation key, can I please get a refund. i wanted the full license version. This wasn't specified when I made the purchase.
