using Parallels Desktop on Mac pro (late 2013) for running windows 10. I have being using it for 2-3 years, nothing goes wrong. it happened lately，when I running windows 10 in few minutes, the system crashed, and I tried to restart it many times, it's not work at all. the report ID is 468257484.
