Macbook doesn't wake up

Hello
Since the upgrade to El Capitan and Parallels 11, I've had a recurring problem when trying to wake up my macbook.
When I open the screen, I sometimes have a blank screen, or a login screen with no possibility of typing the password.
I'm not sure, but I suspect a problem with the interaction between Windows, parallels and El Capitan.
Has anyone experienced that?

In the last thread (327257), Parallels Support acknowledged the problem and said their development team was working on a fix for Parallels Desktop 10.

That was March 4, 2015, But I have not yet seen any clear explanation of the problem(s), promise of when it(they) would be fixed, or whether there exists a proven workaround (other than suspending the VM before putting the Mac to sleep)

Thanks for your answers.
Looks like the problem has disappeared. There have been several windows updates in the meantime.
What I observe is that sometimes when I wake up the mac, the windows virtual machine was in standby. I just click on connect and it starts. I'm wondering if this is the scenario that used to fail in the past.
