Since it's a subscription app and not a one time payment, I'd like to have the ability to subscribe/pay via the Mac App Store. I personally wouldn't mind paying a bit extra to cover Apple's portion of the subscription. I'm not sure if that's even possible but I hope you can at least consider it.
